You can change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it. Please contact us at info@dolce-luxos.com immediately for any changes.

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For our European Union customers, a 14-day cooling-off period also applies.

Yes! We provide a pre-paid return shipping label inside your package. There are no restocking fees, making your return completely free of charge.

To start a return, please contact us at info@dolce-luxos.com. Once accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your package to our returns center in France. Note: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our return process after you receive it.

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
